Sustainability Consulting (GHG+GRI+SASB+TCFD)
Budget: $3,000 – $5,000 SGD
We are a consulting firm looking to hire a freelance sustainability consultant for an upcoming project focused on sustainability risk assessment for our client. We require an experienced professional who is well-versed in sustainability reporting and the associated standards, specifically the Global Reporting Initiative (GRI), the Sustainability Accounting Standards Board (SASB), and the Task Force on Climate-related Financial Disclosures (TCFD).
Responsibilities:
Identifying key stakeholders within the client organization.
Gathering and reviewing relevant documents for risk identification.
Creating a comprehensive list of potential sustainability risks.
Evaluating and prioritizing these risks.
Drafting an assessment report.
Comparing the client's practices and policies against relevant sustainability standards.
Proposing mitigation strategies and policy recommendations.
Establishing a monitoring plan.
Finalizing a comprehensive report and presenting findings and recommendations to stakeholders.
Requirements:
Proven experience as a sustainability consultant.
Strong knowledge of sustainability standards including GRI, SASB, and TCFD.
Excellent analytical and risk assessment skills.
Strong written and verbal communication skills.
Experience in presenting complex information to stakeholders.
Ability to work independently and meet deadlines.
Proactive approach to identifying and addressing potential issues.
