Job ID: 39255187

Budget: €8 – €30 EUR

I am seeking an expert in survey design and instrument validation to review a draft survey for my Master Thesis on improving productivity in remote work environments. The survey targets employees of a small company and needs to be refined to ensure it accurately captures the intended constructs and research objectives.

What I Need:
A thorough review of a 2-page draft survey instrument along with a 4-page thesis proposal.
Evaluation of the overall structure, clarity, and coherence of survey questions.
Feedback on validity and reliability: ensuring that each survey item accurately measures the intended construct.
Suggestions for improvements in question wording, format, and any potential biases.
Recommendations for incorporating expert feedback to enhance the survey’s effectiveness.
A brief report summarizing the review findings and proposed modifications.

Deliverables:
Annotated survey draft with detailed feedback.
A summary report outlining strengths, weaknesses, and recommended revisions.

Additional Information:
This is a short-term project with a strict budget due to academic constraints.
Experience in survey design, questionnaire validation, and academic research methodologies is highly valued.
Prior exposure to projects involving remote work or organizational studies will be considered a plus.
If you have the expertise and are interested in supporting my thesis project, please submit your proposal along with your relevant experience and estimated timeline.

Looking forward to your proposals!
