Analyse the company terms of their chosen competitive strategies (Generic strategies : Cost leadership, differenciation ; Focused cost leader or focused differeciator) and explain how the company has achieved considerable sales growth.
Apply some of the frameworks and theories you have learnt whilst analysing the company.
You may wish to consider the strategic leadership, organizational structure and product (goods/service) portfolio of the company, SWOT, VRIO, the business model canvas to justify the viability and suitability of their current strategies employed and if there are certain gaps.
Finally suggest how the company could maintain growth given potential changes in competition from around the World. Please use strategic terms throughout.
