Strategic Plan for Non-Profit

We are non-profit organization: Our vision is to unify, restore and empower communities through education. We recently obtained our 501(c)(3) status. We have a program called Agents of Change. This program connects high school volunteers to elementary children in need of private tutoring. We have provided over 2,000 hours of service to our community since May of this year. We are in need of funding and need someone to create a strategic plan for us.
