I'm looking for a freelancer capable of analyzing an organization through the lens of product development within its growth strategy, using genAI for an initial evaluation.
Key tasks:
- Employ a tool from each of the PACE headings (Politics, Analytics, Culture, Economics) to analyze the organization.
- Critique the genAI response based on your own understanding and insights from the case study.
- Identify key issues from your analysis.
- Formulate two strategic recommendations for the organization.
The ideal candidate should have a deep understanding of business strategy, particularly in the realm of product development and growth strategies. Proficiency in using genAI for analysis is a plus, but a critical thinking ability to assess and critique genAI's outputs is essential. Familiarity with course concepts and readings will be beneficial in substantiating your analysis and recommendations.
