Statistician for Change Management Survey Analysis

I'm in need of a statistician, preferably with a background in HR or business analysis, to interpret and explain the quantitative data from our change management survey results. The focus of this project is on understanding how shifts in our management techniques create an impact on our employees' engagement level.
