I'm seeking an experienced PhD writer to assist in composing a comprehensive state-of-the-art thesis on the subject of Advanced Controllers applied to Wind Energy Conversion Systems. Relevant work should involve extensive research into the latest developed controllers for wind energy conversion systems, including but not exclusive to Model Predictive Control (MPC), Reinforcement Learning Control, Adaptive Control, and Sliding Mode family controllers.

Please ensure all research sources are at least 5 years old and found in IEEE and/or Elsevier Publishers, specifically from Q1 Journal Quartile. Ideal candidates should have:

- A strong background in wind energy conversion system's controller
- Extensive research experience, especially in controller design, control algorithms, and grid integration
