I'm seeking a seasoned researcher to develop a comprehensive research proposal in the realm of sport psychology and motor behavior. The main focus of this proposal should be on skill acquisition and learning within athletes.

We can take a study or come up with our own based off a motor skill we learned in class. This article talks about the attention focus on jump performance on ACLR patients. at the end of this study it talks about using the external focus in rehabilitation facilities and I want to know how to use those external instructions in rehabilitation facilities compared to an internal focus of attention can help improve recovery in ACLR patients.
