RN & Speech Therapist Needed only in Australia
Budget: $15 – $25 AUD
I am looking for two health-care professionals based here in Australia: a Registered Nurse and a qualified Speech Therapist.
For the nursing component, I need hands-on patient care for an adult living with chronic illnesses. You would coordinate day-to-day clinical needs, monitor vital indicators, administer medications, and communicate clearly with the treating physician when adjustments are required. Reliability, accurate record-keeping, and a calm bedside manner are essential.
Alongside this, I also require regular speech-therapy sessions. The exact treatment goals will be finalised after your initial assessment, so I’m open to approaches that target speech production, language development, or swallowing—whichever you determine is most appropriate.
Deliverables
• Nursing: comprehensive care plan, weekly progress notes, and incident reporting if ever needed.
• Speech therapy: initial assessment report, session outlines, and measurable progress reviews every four weeks.
Sessions can be arranged in-home or at your clinic depending on what proves most practical for all parties. If you are only able to cover one of these disciplines, please indicate that in your proposal; I am willing to award the roles separately should that be the best fit.
