Personnel Selection Specialist(s) for Space Technology Facility

Description: We are looking for experts to determine the personnel structure and create work distribution at the space technology facility. In this project, the needs and goals of the facility will be analyzed and an appropriate hierarchical structure will be created.

Responsibilities:

- Identifying and analyzing facility needs
- Establishing a suitable hierarchical structure
- Formulate job descriptions and responsibilities for positions
- Determine qualification and experience requirements
- Identifying and evaluating candidates for recruitment
- Collaborating with relevant departments during the recruitment process
- Determining training and development programs

Requirements:

- Recruitment and human resources experience
- Experience in the plant or manufacturing industry preferred
- Knowledge and interest in technology or the space sector
- Experience in creating hierarchical structures and performing position analysis
- Strong analytical thinking and problem-solving skills
- Excellent communication and collaboration abilities
