Small-Scale Bioethanol Production Enhancement
Budget: ₹12,500 – ₹37,500 INR
In this role, I'm aiming to delve into the complex technical details of bioethanol production. Specifically, the focus will be on:
1. Process Analysis & Optimization: Perform a thorough analysis of my current bioethanol production process, seeking ways to improve procedures and enhance efficiency.
2. Enzyme Optimization: Critically examine the usage of enzymes in the production process with the goal of improving their effectiveness.
3. Second Generation (2G) Ethanol: Research and develop methods for maximizing the production of 2G Ethanol.
4. Simultaneous Saccharification and Fermentation: Optimize this complex process to maximize ethanol yield.
The ultimate objectives are to:
- Increase ethanol yield
- Reduce production costs
- Improve fermentation efficiency
The project is set in a small-scale or pilot plant environment, which demands specialized skills for working effectively within unique constraints.
Ideal freelancers should have a strong background in biochemical engineering or a related field, experience in process improvement, and knowledge of enzymology. Applicants with experience in small-scale fermentation projects will have a distinct advantage.
