Seeking Long-Term Virtual Assistant for Research, Marketing, and Operations -- 2

We are a growing startup looking for a dedicated virtual assistant to join our distributed team on an ongoing basis. This is a part-time role requiring approximately 10-15 hours of work per week.

Instead of an hourly rate, we offer a competitive monthly retainer for the right candidate. This allows you flexibility in scheduling hours while ensuring we receive high quality deliverables.

You will work closely with our founders to support key functions including:

- Research - Market analysis reports, competitor briefs, industry whitepapers
- Marketing - Social media management, content creation, performance tracking
- Communications - Emails, presentations, website copy, collateral
- Operations - Calendar management, travel coordination, task tracking

This is a remote position allowing you to work from your own home office. The ideal candidate has experience supporting startups/agencies with excellent communication and organizational skills.
