Scientific writing

I am currently working on a scientific research project to identify types of network traffic in mobile applications using heuristic patterns using machine learning.. The research is already done and the results are already there. The methodology part is already written. I want someone to write and present the results that I achieved in a scientific way.
Things need to be done:
Write the Introduction, Fundamentals, Implementation, Evaluation, and Conclusion part based on the results provided.
