School Merger Plan

I am looking for a freelancer to help me with my school merger plan. The main reason for the merger is to improve academic performance. The schools to be merged have students from Nursery to Grade XII. I need support with logistical planning for the merger, including:

- Developing a timeline and action plan
- Coordinating with school staff and stakeholders
- Ensuring a smooth transition for students and families
