SEC Documents Analysis Intern Needed

I'm seeking a research analyst or intern to assist in sifting through a number of publicly traded SEC documents. The primary focus will be on extracting information from the management discussion and analysis sections, as well as identifying operational risk factors.
The ideal candidate would be someone who is detail-oriented and has a strong understanding of financial documents and risk assessment. Experience with SEC documents is a plus, but not required.
