Rotary Coalition Against Malaria
Budget: $50 – $100 USD
I am seeking a professional, experienced project manager or consultant who can help merge three Rotary organizations currently engaged in fighting malaria. This merger aims to combine resources for a greater impact in our community education and awareness programs, as well as the training of Community Health Workers and distribution of bed nets.
The ideal candidate should have:
- Proven experience in project management, preferably in the non-profit sector.
- Excellent communication skills for facilitating discussions and negotiations.
- Strong problem-solving abilities to address coordination issues.
- A background in public health or community health initiatives would be highly beneficial.
-Knowledge about Rotary would be helpful.
A key challenge we are currently facing is coordination issues among the organizations. Therefore, the successful candidate will need to devise a streamlined operation and a unified strategy and procedures that all parties can adhere to. Ultimately, we are looking for someone who can help us increase our reach and impact in the fight against malaria.
