Revise scientific paper for journal article

I have difficulty with scientific form and clarity due to Asperger's (autism). My paper was rejected by a scientific journal for non-scientific constructs, lack of journal citation, and insufficient demonstration of ideally superior observation. I would like a scientific writer to revise it to be journal ready. Currently 9 pages of content, 4 pages references. Topic based on String Theory, Dark Matter, Dark Energy with application in both gravitation and quantum mechanics and covers fundamentals of gravity, electromagnetics, strong and weak energies, in addition to baryonic light and radiation harmonics, and changes to relativity. Will provide document when establishing communication with writer. To the extent additional and independent research is required, writer may request inclusion in lieu of payment.
