Review LEMP and badger survey to check mitigation approach is sound

I am looking to hire a freelancer with expert familiarity in LEMP writing for planning condition dicharges, specifically around badgers. We need an ecologist to quickly review and assess the effectiveness of our LEMP approach and badger survey, to ensure the approach is sound. This project requires knowledge of best practices and solutions. Utilizing their expertise, the successful freelancer will use their knowledge to identify any shortcomings in the mitigation approach and make recommendations for improvement and/or write a short letter confirmng the approach we have taken is sound. Upon completion of this task, the freelancer will deliver recommendations for improvement to ensure that the mitigation approach is sound.
