Research writing on a data science subject

The search is related to imbalanced data handling for a classification problem. The technical part of the research is almost completed already, I need someone with perfect English, very good research, proofreading and writing skills, have worked on researches before and know how to modify templated and add references according to standards, have a background in data science and have knowledge of imbalanced data handling techniques.

I will share the template of the research document, where some section are already filled but need to be modified.
