The task is to produce research in English related to banking regulation around 3800-4300 words (excl. list of references that also has to be made using Harvard system of references). The deadline 22.10.2021 at 23:59 CET.
The research has the following specific topics to cover:
- Critical review of general approach to banking regulation from perspective of laissez-faire, hard law and macro-micro prudential. Also, to cover main aspects of US, UK, EU and China banking regulations. including core principals of Basel III and post-COVID focus of global banking regulation (e.g. from perspective of BIS (incl. Basel Committee of Banks Supervision) and Financial Stability Board)
- Analysis, critical evaluation how a bank may maintain/enhance/grow its profitability within post 2007-2008 financial crisis regulation.
The research has to be based on theories, facts, hypothesis from relevant academic literature, as well as professional journals, newspapers, webs and etc.
No evaluation of credit, solvency and other risks /complex calculation are needed.
The task has to be plagiarism free; the work will be subjected to relevant checks.
