Research report on Internet of Battlefield Things

I'm seeking a research and writing expert to conduct a limited literature review of a topic below:
Introducing Intelligent Systems in the Battleground: developments and challenges in the Internet of Battlefield Things (IoBT).
a. Report can focus on:
i. Novel applications of IoT in battlefield conditions.
or
ii. Development of cyber attacks to affect IoBT systems.
The review should primarily source from:
- Scholarly articles
- Conference papers
- No plagrism and AI
The structure of the report will be as follows:
1. Executive Summary – This will be an overview of the report, presenting the selected topic (1 sentence), the challenges (1 -2 sentences), 1 sentence that presents the purpose of this report (to investigate the selected topic and challenges), and 1 sentence that summarises the findings of the report.
2. Introduction – This section will introduce the selected topic, showcasing information about it regarding its development throughout the years (brief), the ways that it has impacted society and challenges that have emerged throughout the years which affect its applicability in real-world environments. A brief paragraph will then lead to the next section, declaring the purpose of this report and the structure of the paper. Length: maximum of 4 paragraphs. Think of the Introduction as a more elaborate and extended Executive Summary. You can expand on the Executive Summary in the Introduction, however do not repeat sentences from the former in the latter.
3. Background – This section will provide fundamental information about the topic that the student has selected. In essence, the student here needs to provide information that would allow a reader with no prior knowledge of the topic to easily follow the next sections. Maximum of 3 paragraphs. Any included figures, assuming that they haven’t been created by the students themselves, needs to be properly cited.
4. Literature Review – This section will provide a brief review of relevant (to the selected topic) literature. The student will need to provide a brief paragraph in the beginning that “introduced” the section, that is, it provides the importance of this topic and justifies the research (not because it is an assessment for the course, something like: “considerable reliance of organisations to the technology, which can risk financial loss if compromised”). A table with three columns needs to be provided (column #1: citation of each research paper, column #2: one positive point of this research, column #3: one negative point about this research). Following the table, a single paragraph for each research paper will be provided, presenting the main topic of the paper, a very brief (1-2 sentences) description of their methodology and a 2-sentence criticism of the work (the positive and negative point from the table). The table and any figures that are provided need to be referenced inside the text.
5. Analysis – This section will provide the view of the student on the topic and, according to their research, they will provide a brief (1-2 paragraphs) view of the challenges, any potential solutions and what they believe will change in the field in the future.
6. Conclusion – This section will provide an overview of the report, summarising the main topic that was investigated, the findings and the results of the analysis.
7. References – This section will provide a list of all the references that were used throughout this report. Please use the IEEE system of citation.
Ideal candidates for this project don't necessarily need to have a strong background in Technology and Innovation or expertise knowledge with the research topic. However, you need strong experience in academic research and literature reviews. Ability to critically assess and synthesise information is crucial.
