Research paper writing and publication

I need to get a short article/research paper written (max 8-10 pages) according to Journal templates and requirements. The writer should have a minimum of 5 years of experience in research paper writing and publications. I will collaborate with the writer myself and am ready to give my input. The deadline is 3rd October.
My budget is limited. My field of research is Business and I am flexible with any specialization (HR, MKT, Finance, Hospitality).
