Need help researching, gathering information, and drafting a report (with documents) relative to Organizational Diversity and Inclusion programs and councils. More specifically:
- How to develop a Diversity Council and program within an organization.
- Tools and best practices for implementing and maintaining a diversity program
- Best practices for developing Diversity and Inclusion competence within a workforce, organization, etc.
- How to assess an organization relative to their knowledge, skills, and abilities regarding cultural competence.
More details are to be provided. It is helpful to have a good understanding of diversity and inclusion. However, a really good researcher (with prior knowledge) could probably still do a good job.
Very strong English skills is a must.
