No statistical work, the task is about a strategic analysis of Cineplex, a struggling theater in Canada. It is lacking focus, not guided by a clear research or analytical question, not using clear data, and so I wandered with unclear aims, and ended up with a poor quality work. I am looking for someone who can help me use public data and just do a simple but clear professional analysis of Cineplex strategic situation, with recommendations about future positioning. There is ample data available publicly on Cineplex to be able to do a good job.

We can use the work on millennials as a source of additional insights, but it should be an add-on instead of a major part of the work. If we use any statistics, we need to know the data and the methods, but be parsimonious and put all these in appendices.
