I am seeking a highly skilled and experienced research grant writer to develop a cutting-edge and compelling proposal for a project submission to the Investment Property Forum (IPF). The research proposal will focus on innovative topics within real estate investment, and the goal is to secure funding under the IPF Research Programme.
Project Overview:
The IPF funds research that enhances the understanding and efficiency of property as an asset class. Your task will be to create a proposal that clearly outlines the research aim, objectives, approach, and deliverables. The proposal should be structured according to the IPF guidelines, which I will provide.
Key Responsibilities:
1. Develop a concise, compelling research proposal of up to 2,000 words.
2. Ensure the proposal aligns with IPF's objectives and guidelines.
3. Include all required sections: Summary, Aims, Approach, Work Programme, Deliverables, Dissemination, Team, Fee Basis, Other Support, Risk Matrix, and Intellectual Property considerations.
4. Create a Gantt chart or project flow diagram as part of the Work Programme.
5. Ensure the proposal is ready for submission in both PDF and Word formats.
Qualifications:
A. Proven experience in writing successful research grant proposals, particularly in the field of real estate or finance.
Strong understanding of quantitative and qualitative research methodologies.
B. Excellent writing and editing skills, with attention to detail.
Ability to work collaboratively and communicate effectively.
Submission Requirements:
1. Please provide samples of previous grant proposals you have written.
2. A brief outline of your approach to this project.
3. Your availability and estimated timeline for completing the proposal.
