Research and Development Project

Hi, I need you to be able to find/identify an existing project within the Construction industry that you will paraphrase and perhaps slightly change some wording, but use technical schematics/drawing/charts that make sense for that project. I can provide a framework (a set of processes or steps disposed in the shape of titles/chapters that you can use to populate with content), but you need to do some more research to make it perhaps even better.
As a conclusion or during the process of analysing the information to create/edit the found content (that you will find), you have to focus on 2 "things" that will help the final reader of this project to comprehend WHAT and HOW you've done to improve the 2 focus-points to obtain the same outcome (e.g. a product for example) but with a significant cost reduction while less resources were used (e.g. materials, electricity, less polluting the environment, etc.). The 2 focus-points are: the Process Innovation (Process innovation means the implementation of a new or significantly improved production or delivery method (including significant changes in techniques, equipment and/or software) and Incremental Innovation (If a business focuses more of its efforts and R&D budget on incremental innovation, the shift towards new concepts is more gradual. Consumers are more open to adopting familiar products with new upgrades. Not only does this approach expand the company's product line and the consumer's tastes, but it also sustains the business cash flow while they develop more revolutionary ideas.) Good luck!
