Research Assistant to draft Systematic Literature Review Paper in Human Resource Management -- 2

My project requires the services of a skilled research assistant to draft a Systematic Literature Review paper in Human Resource Management - area of Executive Coaching (coaching as a helping intervention, its determinants and effectiveness), on the topic of the Determinants of Executive Coaching Effectiveness. The scope of data to be reviewed will be in the form of Scientific Publications. I do not have a specific structure in mind for the review, but I am in need of assistance coming up with it. Additionally, I need help managing the references, making sure that all sourced material is acknowledged and properly formatted (APA latest) in the final document.
