Research Article for Transport/vehicle maintenance/public transport.

I am looking for an experienced and knowledgeable freelancer to write a scientific research paper on the topic of supply chain / transport/ economics. This project also requires the creation of an exposé and presentation which are related to the research paper which needs to be done at the end. But first i need someone who can write me the expose after which we can finalise the final article to be written by them or not.I have specific requirements and guidelines that need to be followed and will provide clear instructions to the freelancer.No plagiarism will be tolerated and deadline for the expose is 28 October 2023 max.
