Reinforcement learning to understand multiverse and the mandela effect

The project is to write a technical, theoretical, and philosophical research paper about using a reinforcement learning algorithm in order to understand or prove the concept of the multiverse and the Mandela effect using mathematical and physical equations to improve the reinforcement learning algorithm for this purpose.

Attached are some reference papers that use machine learning in general, but I need reinforcement learning.
