Regional Communication Plan
Budget: $10 – $30 CAD
Business description: My company has a representation in 4 regions (4 offices) + a Headquater in Paris. We have developed a learning material for anyone in a leadership role in the company to take. This is a workshop with 4 different courses that we do in 2 co-horts every year (the winter and fall cohorts). The program has been successful in one country and now we are getting ready to propose it to all the other regions. The plan is:
1) to present it to the senior management team to have their buy-in before we can rollout the program to their employees.
2) Tell them about the befefits of the program (ie: it helps leaders be better leaders who are more aware of who they are, they are empathetic)
3) Tell them about the different steps of the program rollout in their different regions:
a) Them sharing its awareness
b) Their employees need to register for the next co-hort in the Fall 2023
We need from the regions:
How we can move forward in communicating with them (who will be their contact point)
How many employees do they think they will need.
I am looking for a Communication for the following project:
Audience: Senior Management in the regions
