Real estate agency seeking an experienced HR professional to assist with recruitment and hiring, employee onboarding and training, and performance management and evaluations.
Specific requirements for the project include:
- Conducting assessment-based hiring process
- Managing recruitment and hiring for a team size of 6-10 employees
- Designing and implementing employee onboarding and training programs
- Developing and executing performance management and evaluation processes
Ideal skills and experience for the job:
- Proven experience in recruitment and hiring processes, particularly assessment-based hiring
- Strong knowledge of employee onboarding and training best practices
- Familiarity with performance management and evaluation techniques
