Race Car Engine Components Lifing Plan - PROJECT MANAGER
Budget: £20 – £250 GBP
You are to create a practical and cost-effective
plan for the ‘lifing’ of components through the
upcoming race season.
You may purchase and/or rebuild as many of each
component as you wish but your decisions must
be justified in the accompanying narrative.
All component’s ‘lifing’ information is available in the attachment
.
It is expected that a full project plan will
be produced, this can be a Gantt chart, a
spreadsheet, or similar project planner, but must
contain all information to control and monitor the
parts throughout the season.
Additionally, a 500 word complimentary narrative
is required providing your reasoning and
justification for how and why you have purchased
and utilised the component
