Quality Tools for BPO

I am looking for a freelancer who can assist me in implementing Total Quality Management (TQM) tools for my BPO project. I need both a detailed report and a presentation on TQM. Furthermore, I would like the freelancer to provide theoretical examples of successful implementation of TQM.
