Quality-Centric Brand Positioning Strategy

We are looking for a brand positioning expert to help me work on a brand positioning strategy for a Residential Rooftop Solar Business from scratch. The freelancer should be able to craft a unique identity that resonates with residential customers in Tier 2 cities, focusing on premium design, advanced technology and unique rooftop solutions.
The potential Brand Positioning should ensure that my brand propositions resonate strongly with my target audience, differentiate it from competitors, and drive long-term identity relevance. Each of the following elements of brand positioning should be identified and covered in detail:
Branding Positioning Requirements- Scope (exhaustive but not limited to)
Target Audience
Demographics: Income, education, occupation, etc.
Psychographics: Lifestyle, values, interests, attitudes, aspirations, emotional belief systems, etc.
Behavioral Insights: Purchasing behavior, brand loyalty, usage patterns, and decision-making processes (trust and credibility building).
Pain Points and Needs: Identify the target audience's specific problems, needs, and desires.

Brand Guideline: Establish the Brand Name, Logo and Guideline
Brand Vision and Mission: Define the long-term vision and mission of the brand.
Core Values: Establish the fundamental beliefs and principles that guide the brand.
Brand Personality: Determine the human characteristics or traits that the brand embodies (e.g., ambitious, adventurous, prudent).
Unique Value Proposition (UVP)
Differentiation: Clearly articulate what makes the brand unique compared to competitors.
Benefits: Highlight the specific benefits that the brand offers to its customers.
Reasons to Believe: Provide evidence or reasons why customers should believe in the brand's promises (e.g., delivery, testimonials, certifications, awards).

For Target Audience: Define the specific audience the brand is targeting.
Category Representation: Specify the market category the brand operates in. Reasons for Brand Name to represent the Category.

Freelancer Qualifications Required:

Experience: At least 5 years of experience in brand positioning or management, with a focus on B2C products or services. Experience in the technology or renewable energy sector is preferred
Market Knowledge- Knowledge of the Indian market, particularly Tier 2 cities, is preferred.
Skills- Excellent writing and communication skills for drafting the brand positioning brief
