Qualitative research data analysis for doctoral project
Budget: $250 – $750 USD
I need help with qualitative case study research data analysis on semi-structured interviews, open-ended questionnaires, and observations on the interaction and improvement (service quality) of a retail.
1. customer interviews, 15-20 participants, with each interview lasting ~30 minutes.
transcribe audio files; Dedoose or NVIVO and conduct a thematic analysis according to Braun and Clarke's six step thematic analysis. After the themes and codes have been developed, it needs to be drafted these results for Chapter 4
2. 17-question of the open-ended questionnaire for 5 participants
3. non-participant observations of the activities. analysis of the observation as the final side of triangulation.
