Psychological Contract Breach Literature Review
Budget: $1,500 – $3,000 AUD
I'm looking for a freelancer who can assist me in conducting a systematic literature review on psychological contract breach/violation and its impact on employee well-being. This project will contribute to a PhD research proposal that is primarily focused on developing a theoretical framework.
Key tasks include:
- Sourcing and reviewing relevant academic journals, and relevent papers.
- Synthesizing findings to inform the theoretical framework.
- Assisting in writing a literature review suitable for a PhD proposal.
Ideal skills and experience:
- Strong background in HR, OB, and psychology.
- Experience with systematic literature reviews.
- Excellent academic writing skills.
- Familiarity with PhD-level research proposals.
