HR Project - Reward for performance and contribution
Budget: $30 – $250 USD
For this HR project, I am looking for a solution for rewarding staff for their performance and contributions to the company. As the methodology of best rewarding staff is quite subjective, there is not an answer it this time.
In terms of who should be eligible to receive a reward, I am wondering if all employees should be considered or if it should be limited to high-performing employees, or employees that meet specific tasks or goals.
Lastly, I'm interested in the criteria that should be used to measure performance and contribution. Suggestions include the number of tasks completed, quantity and quality of work produced, or effectiveness in relation to the company's goals.
