Project Proposal (PM) for learning purposes

Need a project management professional to write up a proposal over the next 6-7 weeks if not sooner. Can share more detailed info. If I like this portion of the document, I will hire for the remainder of the document.

Here is the beginning part for this week:

The first thing we need to do is pick a topic for my project. You should then do some brief research to determine what is required to solve the problem of your choice. THE SIMPLER, THE BETTER!

The topic is open, however, certain goals must be achieved in the next portion and this project must be implemented (I will be implementing and coding).

The first portion of the project to give you an idea:

The overarching project must contain at minimum:
1. A computer system (virtual is OK)
2. An OS
3. A Database
4. Webserver
5. A User / Web Interface to the DB and the software application
6. Network Connected

Once a topic is chosen, write up the proposal of the topic, problem and general solution to the problem.
The following information is included in this business proposal:
• Introduction/background
• Business objective
• Current situation and problem/opportunity statement
• Critical assumptions and constraints
• Analysis of options and recommendation
• Preliminary project requirements
• Budget estimate and financial analysis
• Schedule estimate
• Potential risks
• Exhibits
Once a topic is agreed upon, submit the proposal page summary of the topic and the idea in word.
