Proactive HR Manager Needed

We are seeking a dedicated and proactive Human Resources Manager to join our team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for managing and supporting the company's HR functions, including recruitment, employee relations, performance management, and policy implementation. This role is vital to ensuring a positive work environment and aligning HR strategies with business goals.
Key Responsibilities:
Recruitment and Onboarding: Manage the recruitment process, including posting job openings, conducting interviews, and managing the onboarding process for new hires.
Employee Relations: Serve as a point of contact for employee concerns, mediate conflicts, and ensure a positive and inclusive work environment.
Performance Management: Oversee performance appraisal processes, including setting performance goals, conducting evaluations, and providing coaching to employees and managers.
HR Policies and Compliance: Develop, implement, and ensure adherence to company policies and procedures. Maintain up-to-date knowledge of labor laws and regulations to ensure compliance.
Training and Development: Identify training needs and coordinate professional development programs to enhance employee skills and career growth.
Compensation and Benefits: Assist with salary planning, benefits administration, and compensation analysis to ensure the company remains competitive.
Employee Records Management: Maintain accurate employee records and confidential information in line with legal requirements.
Reporting: Provide HR-related reports and data to leadership on employee turnover, engagement, and other key metrics.
