Preparation and execution of in-person instructor led training

I am looking for a skilled professional to assist me in documenting the process to prepare and execute in-person instructor-led training sessions. Here is what I am looking for:

1. Trainer preparedness: what are steps or checklist items to be taken when a training project has been identified that requires the trainer/facilitator to travel out to the training location.

2. During Training: what should the trainer be focused on and doing during facilitation

3. What are post training checklists to conduct

4. Include traveling best practices, communication best practices, and apps.
