I have a small organization of less than 50 employees and require a project to create new policies and procedures from scratch. It is important for our organization to develop policies and procedures that ensure compliance with applicable regulations while also improving operational efficiency and enhancing staff safety and well-being.
I am looking for a professional freelancer who is knowledgeable in policy and procedure development who can create comprehensive documents tailored to our organization's needs. The finished product will include evidence-based policies, clear standards of conduct, relevant legal information, and a review and implementation process. This job requires a high level of creativity, attention to detail, and organizational skills.
We are an Australian Building and Maintenance company. Policies and procedures required include:
Asset management – policies to reflect on the ground action
Purchasing Policy – currently using the local hardware store for small items
Pricing & Tendering - understanding that high priced jobs may need further scrutiny and what price levels require further rigour as a policy
