Plant Genetic Mutation Analysis Expert

I am in need of an expert who can analyze and interpret Sanger sequence data for my master's thesis. The primary purpose is to identify genetic mutations in plant organisms.
The ideal candidate for this project will have firm knowledge and skills in:
- Genetic Mutations
- Sanger Sequence Data Analysis
- Plant Genetics
Specifically, you need to be experienced in Blast Analysis or any related software techniques.
The data I have is ready - I am mainly looking for interpretation and recommendations on my findings. A background in academic research or thesis writing would be appreciated.I am hoping to find someone who I can possibly continue working with throughout the completion of my research. I have known resistance and susceptible populations sequence data per primer. I have 3 primer of Acetolactate Synthase gene. I need to screen mutations effected on aminoasit substitution by comparing susceptible and resistance populations sequence data. I need visualized graph and possible mutations position and everything related.
