Pitch Pack
Budget: $250 – $750 AUD
I would like someone to do a small research paper and pitch pack. The subject is employee value propositions and the benefits of ignoring global company norms and creating the case for local EVPs.
I am consulting to a large global organisation and although they have an EVP out of the main office in the USA, the ANZ and APAC office want to create a case for having their own because localisation is what will attract people to work for this company rather than the USA EVP. The research paper needs to prove the case for this based on global research and company examples.
The document will be 4-6 pages proving definitively why we would go local with the EVP. When I say local, it is an EVP for Australia, India and and Asia.
