A large municipality is considering replacing its current recruitment application that is coming to the end of its life and is no longer meeting current business needs and requirements. You have been hired to map the recruitment process and elicit business requirements for procuring the new recruitment application.
You have been given the following desсrіption of the current recruitment process:
″The process starts with receiving a requisition to fill a position from one of the line managers. The recruitment specialist reviews the requisition and posts a job opening with a desсrіption of duties on the web. The posting is usually kept for 10 Days, then it Is removed.
Applications and resumes are received and screened as they are received. Applicants who pass the evaluation criteria are then invited for an interview.
After all screened candidates are interviewed; the top applicant who passes the interview receives an offer.If the offer was not accepted, the second-ranking applicant gets the request and the process repeats itself until an offer is accepted″.
