Personal Statement pre DBA application

I am applying for my DBA (Doctorate of Business Administration). No offense to anyone but I want a native English speaking person with experience in doing DBA/PhD statements. If this was successful then we will work together for the next 4 years. But I need someone with this exact experience who have done this with success in the past. Here is what they asked me:-

Highlight areas of specific interest within the course you are applying for

Please ensure your personal statement does not exceed 8000 characters.

As for the "Explain your motivation to undertake the course"; I want to challenge myself and grow myself to beyond the sky. To have a DBA is something me and my family should be proud of.

And as for the "Describe your academic interests, strengths and background relevant to the course"; I like to study about Dubai and how it evolved in such a shot time to go head to head against giants like Hong Kong, NY and Tokyo. And how can other cities learn from Dubai model. My strengths is I am a director in one of leading companies around the world for over 10 years. I am also a Oxford Said Business School Alumni and Harvard Business School Alumni. I have a BBA from a known university (but no masters). My connections from business, HBS and SBS alumni is well over the top and will help immensely.

AS for "Outline your ambitions and/or research interests"; I need your help here. I want about Dubai model but any change that we can agree upon.

And as for "Include other relevant information, such as additional reading or research, work or other relevant experiences that have informed your decision to apply for the particular course"; I know few DBA students who encouraged me and my Harvard colleague who is also HBS alumni is a current student in the DBA course I am applying for and encouraged me for it.

And finally "Highlight areas of specific interest within the course you are applying for"' Like I said, the Dubai module. But we can change that if needed.
