employment and how they influence human resource management. (1200 words)
2 In the same organization, with the strategic role of HRM find one area of managing people at work which needs improvement. It could be planning and recruitment, selection, training and development,
performance management, reward management, employee engagement, employee voice, workforce adjustment or role of HR in providing sustainable development goals. Using the
subject literature and available information on the company present an argument why this area needs improvement. (1200 words)
To be included:
- Academic evidence
- Empirical data
- In text citation(All used sources need to be properly referenced in the text. Referencing: Harvard style)
- Bibliography
• All used sources need to be listed in bibliography
• Minimum 3 academic sources
