Paper Publishing

I need someone to help me write academic paper. I love doing research, however writing papers is still a barrier I have to overcome. The issue when I write is that I tend to overthink and "complicate" things. So I need someone that is very focus and have a lot of experience in research in the areas of Convolutional Neural Network and Digital Signal Processing.
