300 Page PhD Dissertation in the field of European Human Rights Law

The dissertation shall criticize the legitimacy of the Article 14 of the European Court of Human Rights and encompass the main points that are undermining it: margin of appreciation, vulnerability criterion, issues of the burden of proof, comparator approach, subsidiarity of the court and non-binding nature of its rulings.
