Need a literature review writer for Computer Science

This is NOT an academic assignment, lab, quiz or project. I am doing research and need someone who is capable of reviewing ,analyzing complex Artificial Intelligence literature and then writing a report. These reports are to help me decide if I can go ahead with my research or not.

There is no documentation I can give..so you should be aware of different algorithms, their uses and how they work in order for you to write a report.
