Need Employee Performance Sheet

Hello,

I need weekly and Monthly Employee performance sheet.

We have 2 Sets of Employee.

1. Employee who are working in some project or doing some task. Like Software Development , Team lead, Manager, Business Development Executive, Digital Marketing, HR Recruiter, HR Payroll, Sales.

2. Other Set of Employee is new joiners going through Technical induction. They needs to be reviewed on the basis of practical assignments, Regularity, Punctuality, Presentations, Internal Interviews, New learning, client Interviews, Communication.

Based on this performance sheet employees will be reviewed and promoted yearly.
